EcoConcern provided a technical support to Society of Public Health Engineers Nepal (SOPHEN) for the project titled,"WASH in HCFs Local Advocacy Initiative Nepal" funded by World Health Organization (WHO) for the conduction of two-day interaction workshop held on 1- 2 June 2025 at Aranya Boutique Hotel, Kathmandu. 
The wowrkshop aimed to:

• Facilitate stakeholder dialogue and collaboration to identify and address local and national challenges in achieving universal WASH access in HCFs.
• Sharing of existing laws, policies, standards, guidelines, and tools related to WASH and WASH in HCFs.
• Sharing of current initiatives, efforts, and practices, along with exemplary case studies on WASH in HCFs.
• Present the progress from ongoing WASH interventions in HCFs of CHandragiri Municipality, Kathmandu and Tripurasundari Rural Municipality, Sindhupalchok (two local governments selected for the proejct implementation).
• Sharing of IEC materials developed for advocacy and awareness program to emphasize the critical role of WASH in HCFs and empower community leaders with knowlege and skills on WASH.
